This 90+ minute course will cover:
Dough prep and a little history
Ingredient exploration and selection for flavor and color
Designing a meal around your flower focaccia
Tips for recreating edible art in your home kitchen
A 9” x 12" sheet of focaccia to take and bake at home
Enjoy some small breakfast bites and drinks throughout the class!

Where: 136 E Yanonali St, Santa Barbara, CA, 93103
Additional Information: Please allow some additional time to find parking, there is free street parking along the entire funk zone but sometimes can be tricky!
